You are not required to register Rainbow Care products to obtain service and support. Rainbow Care honors the product's warranty based on the date of purchase.
Warranty is extended to the original purchaser and delivery location of the product only. Warranty is not transferrable.
Buying from Rainbow Care directly
If you purchased your product directly from us, the warranty would start from the date of purchase on the invoice, or the date of delivery, whichever is later. Please keep a copy of your invoice for reference. If you have lost your invoice, we would still be able to trace your purchase records based on the contact details you had provided to us. You may also choose to register your product online so it would be easier to keep track of the warranty periods for different products.
Buying from our Partners
If you purchased your product from any of our Partners, the warranty would start from the date of purchase on the invoice, or the date of delivery, whichever is later. Please keep a copy of your invoice for reference. It is recommended that you register your product online so it would be easier to keep track of the warranty period.
Registering your Product
To register your purchase, sign in to your account and select Product Warranty in the right hand menu. Registering an account is quick and simple if you have not done so. Simply fill out the registration form, and once you have submitted the form, our administrators would review the application and you would receive an email confirmation once the details have been verified.
