Placing an Order online
1. Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to the cart.
2. To search for an item, click on the Search icon and enter the relevant keywords.
3. Review your shopping cart before checking out.
4. At Checkout, enter your account details if you already have an account with us.
5. Alternatively, enter your billing and/or delivery information. There is an option to create an account automatically for faster checkout in the future.
6. Select your preferred payment and delivery method. You can also select a preferred date and time for local delivery and we will do our best to accommodate to your request.
7. Upon receipt of your order, our staff will contact you as soon as possible with regards to delivery or collection of your order via phone or email.
The Rainbow Care Online Store is regularly updated with product information and new product offerings to provide a better shopping experience to our customers.
Placing an Order via Phone
Orders can be made through phone by speaking to any of our specialists at +65 6223 0904 / +65 6931 7425.
We would gladly offer advice and assistance to any enquiries to the products that you are interested to purchase. After confirming the order and delivery time with our specialists, payment via cash or cheque can be made upon delivery.

Placing an Order at our Showroom
All of our products are on display at the showroom, and you are most welcome to try and review the items before purchasing. Our sales specialists are ready to assist you with any enquiries you may have.

Mondays to Saturdays: 9am - 6:30pm
Sundays & Public Holidays: 9am - 5pm
You can also self-collect the purchases at our showroom. If you require delivery for your order, our staff will arrange for delivery date and time with you, and payment can be made at the showroom, or upon delivery.
Local Delivery
Upon confirmation of order, delivery is usually arranged on the next working day. You can also arrange for delivery at a later date which is convenient for you.
Our delivery time windows are from
Mondays to Saturdays:
10:00am to 12:00pm
2:00pm to 5:00pm
Feel free to contact us if you have any special delivery requests.
Alternatively, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternate address. Kindly specify the shipping address during the checkout process, and also include the recipient's name for verification purposes if you are not able to be physically present to receive the order.
For Delivery Time amendments, please contact us via email or call us at 6223 0904 at least 3 hours in advance to your scheduled delivery date. A re-delivery charge of S$35.00 will apply for any failed delivery without prior notice.
You will be notified if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date and allocated time period. We are not liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Delivery Fees
For local delivery, there will be a delivery charge of S$35.00 for orders below S$300.
For orders above S$300, local delivery is complimentary.
Additional labour charges may be incurred for deliveries that require additional manpower. These include delivery of equipment at locations without direct lift access, or equipment that need to be carried up a flight of stairs.
Equipment Servicing
For equipment service and repair requests, a transportation fee of S$35 per way will apply.
Self Collection
You can pick up our order at our showroom during our opening hours. If you are unable to pick up the order, an appointed person may pick up the order on your behalf. Please inform our staff of the order number during collection.
