Ordering & Delivery

How to place an order on RainbowCare.com.sg

1.      1. Simply select the items that you wish to purchase and add to cart!

Find the item(s) you wish to order by entering a description in the Search bar or selecting the department from the navigation box on the left side of the home screen.

2.      2. Review your shopping cart!

Once you’re done with your shopping, click on your shopping cart and review your items to check out!

3.      3. Provide your shipping and billing information!

At the Checkout page, you can sign in if you have an existing account with Rainbow Care. Otherwise, you will be prompted to indicate your shipping/billing information and also your preferred payment mode.  Upon receipt of your order, our staff will contact you as soon as possible with regards to delivery or collection of your order via phone or email.

It’s that simple!  

The Rainbow Care Online Store is regularly updated with product information and new product offerings to provide a better shopping experience to our customers.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes! Orders can be made through phone by speaking to any of our specialists at 6223 0904

We would gladly offer advice and assistance to any enquiries to the products that you are interested to purchase. After confirming the order and delivery time with our specialists, payment can be made upon delivery.

Can I place my order via Email?

Yes! Drop us an email at sales@rainbowcare.com.sg for any product enquiries or purchases.

All of our products are on display, feel free to try and review the items before purchasing. Our sales specialists are ready to assist you with any enquiries you may have. You can also self-collection the item(s) at our showroom. If you require delivery for your order, our staff will arrange for delivery date and time with you, and payment can be made at the showroom, or upon delivery.  

For orders made on RainbowCare.com.sg, upon confirmation of order, delivery is usually arranged on the next working day.

For orders made at our Showroom, our Sales specialist will advise and arrange for local delivery at your convenience.

Local Delivery

Upon confirmation of order, delivery is usually arranged on the next working day. You can also arrange for delivery at a later date which is convenient for you.

Our delivery time windows are from

Mondays to Saturdays:
- 10:00am to 12:00pm
- 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Feel free to contact us if you have any special delivery requests.

Alternatively, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternate address. Kindly specify the shipping address during the checkout process, and also include the recipient's name for verification purposes if you are not able to be physically present to receive the order. 
For Delivery Time Slots Amendments, please contact us via email or call us at 6223 0904 at least 3 hours in advance to your scheduled delivery date.  A re-delivery charge of S$35.00 will apply for any failed delivery without prior notice
You would be notified if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date and allocated time period. We are not liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Delivery Fees

For local delivery, there will be a flat charge of S$35.00 regardless of delivery location, size of purchases and quantity of purchases.

At Rainbow Care, if you spend above S$300, you will qualify for free local delivery. 

However, this minimum spend is only applicable after discounts and vouchers have been applied.

Transportation fees

In the event if equipment needs to be picked up for servicing & repair, transportation fee of S$35.00 (one-way) will be incurred, regardless of location.

Store Pick Up

Upon checking out, Rainbow Care do provide an option to pick up your items from our showroom for free! Our showroom at Ubi Road 1 has all of our products on display and we have specialists ready to help with any questions that you may have.
